ABS can save you

A BETTER WAY TO DO
BUSINESS
All of the elements
of outsourcing combined are what make it a unique
management practice. Outsourcing providers are partners,
given significant managerial discretion for how to
deliver the service, who manage the day-to-day delivery
of that service. The value they create is based on
being a long-term partner who understands the business,
can deliver on the requirements of the relationships,
and look ahead to how they can better service client
firms. |

Return
on investment: outsourcing
maximizing return on investment through back office
outsourcing -
Amazing things happen
when executives set aside accepted ways of doing business
in favor of new thinking. As management guru Peter Drucker
puts it, "Innovation is more than a new method.
It's a new view of the universe."

ABS
Alternative
Business Solutions
Welcome, and
The staff at ABS wants
you to know that we are ready to work for YOU ! We can save
you more than half of what it would cost you to open and
staff an office for your small business. We can also save
large companies thousands of dollars in administrative expenses.
Have you ever wondered why so many successful companies
are switching to “outsourcing” alternatives, rather than
paying administrative people eight hours of wages every
day, for jobs that may take less than four hours every day
to complete or maintain. We charge by the job and NOT by
the hour.
ABS encourages you to take a closer look at your operating
expenses and your budget, to see what is necessary and what
can be eliminated through outsourcing. Think about the expense
of maintaining an office, office equipment, office supplies,
insurances, etc. Make our office your office and save time
and money.
ABS has two options for your consideration – Both structured
to save you time and money:
a. We’re available for single jobs and projects. No job
is too large or too small. We will always provide you with
a free comprehensive estimate / proposal before you place
a job order with us. We charge by the job and NOT by the
hour. You will never be surprised by add-on fees or extra
charges when you request services from ABS.
b. We’ll be happy to service your company on a monthly contract
basis. We offer Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll,
Job Costing, Inventory Control, and we also provide all
necessary business reports, bank reconciliation, along with
all general secretarial services. We can even provide you
with a professional business address – you might choose
to have your mail sent to our office, using a suite number
of your own.
We guarantee that you will be
surprised at the savings we offer.

In many ways,
outsourcing - and especially back office outsourcing - is
just that: a new view of the universe of business. It presents
a new view of how a company operates and how it creates
value for its customers and shareholders. It's a new view
of how companies achieve levels of ROI that help to propel
them ahead of the competition.
In
these extraordinarily
challenging times for business,
it's exactly this kind of new thinking that is demanded.

OFFICE OUTSOURCING
Viewed
strategically, outsourcing fundamentally challenges executives
to rethink this notion of the traditional vertically integrated
firm in favor of a much more flexible organization. The factors
of production have given way to the primary of the intellectual
capabilities of the firm that tie the factors of production
together. An organization where internal investments are made
in a more focused way on the organization's core competencies
with mutually beneficial longer-term outside relationships
used to source many, if not most, of these ever increasingly
specialized sub-disciplines.
The reality is that in the U.S. this traditional vertically
integrated firm is not the only, nor necessarily the best,
way to create value — especially in today's ferociously
competitive, highly volatile global economy. Almost any organization
can gain access to resources and factors of production. What
differentiates companies today is their intellectual capital,
their knowledge and their expertise, and their ability to
leverage the capabilities of others— not just the size
and scope of the resources they directly own and manage.
As a result, outsourcing has been adopted by firms from across
the corporate spectrum as well as governments at all levels
and not-for-profits. No organization is too large or too small
to be examining outsourcing. Preeminent organizations, such
as those on the FORTUNE 500® list of America's largest
corporations, are adopting outsourcing as a cornerstone of
their efforts to sharpen market focus, capitalize on global
opportunities, and energize operations. At the same time,
smaller, rapidly expanding companies are using outsourcing
as a way to match the capabilities of a large firm without
the expense and delay of directly acquiring and managing each
new resource needed.
